2nd Listing Pulled for Creativity Standards - support is no help

Ugh - etsy's automated system just pulled a listing of mine for foot butter under the "We removed some of your listings that don’t meet Etsy’s Creativity Standards".  This is the 2nd one they've pulled, the 1st one was my hand butter.  All of my balms and butters are indeed handcrafted by me, with my own blood, sweat and tears.  I've been selling them now for 2 years here as well as other marketplaces just like many of you do.

I handcraft the balm, pour the balm, seal the balm, label the balm, do all of my own pictures - all of it, yet it doesn't meet their handcrafted standards?  Last time I just got the canned email response telling me that there's nothing they can do.  I did relist the hand butter, however today they pulled the foot butter for the same reason, and the same canned response when I opened a support ticket.  

How is there any way to resolve this if you can't actually talk to a human being and there's no option given to appeal it or anything?

Many sellers are going through this same ordeal right now ... check to ensure your photos are not stolen from other sites ... this seems to be the #1 reason listings are being taken down, but of course Etsy won't come right out and say that.

No, they are my own pictures, so that can't be the reason.  I did do an image search that was recommended in another thread, but mine are the only pictures Google found.

When this happened to me, the only place I found my item's photo was on Alibaba, and the only search engine that found it was Baidu.

You have some items that you have are for diaper rash aftercare, cracked dry hands, nipples etc.
It's against Etsy's TOU's to make medical/healing claims.

According to the help pages, I wouldn't think you could sell items with hemp oil either since it's CBD oil.

As I understood the TOSU you cannot claim that it treats any condition, but you can state what it can be used on, in these cases, dry skin and rashes.  I just can't state that it treats any of them, and I do not state that.

But you state "Moisturizer for Bad Dry Cracked Rough Hands", "for cracked nipples" which IMO implies it treats or helps those conditions.

It could be that you have had your pics stolen,

It could be that you are selling to the EU/UK without the required testing and registration,

add your registration numbers for EU, and PIF for UK, to be on he safe side

.... anything applied to the skin is classified as a cosmetic

No, I make no medical claims and Hemp Seed Oil is not CBD oil, they're two completely different things and Hemp seed oil is allowed.

Hemp seed oil, is made from hemp, a cannabis plant like the drug marijuana but containing little to no tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the chemical that gets people “high.” Instead of THC, hemp contains cannabidiol (CBD).

I'd think that is a fine line on Etsy whether you can use hemp oil in products or not.

I possibly could, but we're not allowed to do that for Amazon's handmade market place so I would have to create 2 sets of images for every item.  But if that's the case I suppose I may have to do that?

etsy isn't flagging sellers who have their own shops on Amazon handmade ( I sell on amazon handmade)

it tends to be alibaba , temu. aliexpress etc

@CraftyCornishMaids Yeah, I meant that Amazon doesn't allow us to watermark our photos there.  So I would have to duplicate all of my images and add the watermark just for Etsy instead of using the same images on all the marketplaces.  Thank you for the advise, I may just do that though.

@BohippianFinch: "All of my balms and butters are indeed handcrafted by me ..." You need to keep in mind that "violated Etsy's Creativity Standards" can encompass much much more than just if it is handmade by you.
