2factor Authentification is not working for me

At some point it stopped working, I cant seem to reset it and I have to use google backup untill i get signed out. And It won't let me turn it off to reset it unless i have the code. Wich isn't working. and i could use a backup code but when i started using this on etsy when it was fist available nothing was ever mentioned about a back up code, so there isn't one that I'm aware of currently.

@KFactorMakes  Hi, the only thing I can suggest is to contact Etsy via Shop Manager > Community & Help (Left Column) > Contact.  Scroll through the menu and choose the option which best describes your situation.  If Etsy responds with a copy/paste generic email which does not address your problem, respond directly to that email, "I still need help".  Don't start a new Ticket; that will put you back further in line.

I really hope this helps.  This is one of the reasons why Etsy should have 24/7 Phone Support. For people getting locked out of their Shops; Hacked Accounts, Payment issues, etc.  No reason not to.

I had trouble with it a little while ago. It took forever to send. I rebooted my phone then had the text for 2FA resent, and i got it sucessfully.
