2FA backup codes not working

My phone died, and I don't have access to the Authentication app. I tried logging into my shop on my tablet with the backup codes I saved, but none of them worked. My laptop is still logged in, but I won't be able to get back in if it's ever logged out.

How do I get new backup codes? I can't even turn off 2FA without a code.

Are you using Google Authenticator on your phone? If yes, log into your Google account on any browser and your Authenticator codes will be restored

That works from a browser? I figured it would be restored when I logged into the new phone (which I don't have yet).
