I was copying a listing (which was never a problem with the OLD listing form). I'm using Win 10 and the latest version of Chrome, if it matters.
1. I re-did the title, description, price, and variations. Scrolled thru to be sure everything was ok and saw that the price had reverted to the price of the listing I'd copied.
2. After I clicked the Publish button, there was a pop-up in the lower right corner saying "Your listing has been updated!" (I may be paraphrasing but this is very close to the wording). No, Etsy, it's a BRAND NEW LISTING created by copying an existing listing. I did not "update" anything.
Etsy, if you're going to change stuff on us (the new listing form) PLEASE make it work at least as good as the old one! The new listing form has now been live for 2 months so NONE of these things should be happening.

Well damm. That happened to me yesterday.
And I thought I was changing the original listing, too. I started over.

Re: SEVERAL Listing Problems Just Now!
I don't use Variations, but I'm trying to understand something. When you first hit Copy Listing, did you do it thru "Listings"? Reason I ask; I used Copy on one of my listings (going thru the Listings Mgr.). After that, I selected, "Active" (still in Listings Mgr.), found the new listings and made changes there. Because I had more than just a couple of changes, I Deactivated the new listing, made the changes, then Reactivated it. Everything was correct *(desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10). But as I said, I don't use Variations (including connecting photos to them).
Wish I could be more helpful; hope others jump in.

Re: SEVERAL Listing Problems Just Now!
@ChillwolfArt I was in the Listings Manager and clicked the gear (or flower?) dropdown then chose Copy.

Re: SEVERAL Listing Problems Just Now!
@PrairiePrimitives OK, same for me; I forgot to say that I clicked the gear then Copy. I see where you were able to connect your photos to Variations.
(Forum is acting glitch. At the bottom of my screen, it popped up where you "atted" me, but I did not receive a "1" on the Notification Bell. Same thing happened yesterday).

Re: 2 Listing Problems Just Now!
I updated my original post because I was finally able to find where to connect the photos to the variations.

Re: 2 Listing Problems Just Now!
It always says Updated, even when it's a new listing. Momentary panic attack every time.
Lots of times there is a glitch when you hit Publish and it asks if you want to leave the page or whatever. First time that happened I posted something twice. Now I open another window and look at my front page and sure enough the new listing is there. Just close the first window and touch nothing. Also just got the big red banner that it couldn't publish. contact support with error code. Error code was blank. again opened new window and there was my listing in my shop. Closed first window without opening it. Tread carefully.

Yeah, but I'm used to the wrong message (something about leaving?) at the top of the screen. This one was new for me!
