Hi everyone,
So I received an email telling me to update/verify my bank account. When i went to do it, it logged me out and redirected me to the sign in page. Not a problem, I stay logged in and maybe they just want to make sure it's me before I start handling bank info. So i go to sign in, I'm informed that I'm getting the 2fa code texted to my phone (there's never been a problem with receiving the text in the past) but I never actually got the code. I've been trying it all day and it's not sending me the code. I had no idea there were supposed to be "back up codes" as a fail safe, it never showed me that info when I enabled it when first opening my shop. I write EVERYTHING down so I know that info wasn't presented to me. I emailed support. Now it's the waiting game. How long do response times usually take? is there anything else I can do? Thanks in advance.

@MidnightSnackCutters: When you get back into your account, go to the page where you enter the phone number for 2FA and at the bottom there will be an option to download the backup codes.
Thank you! I actually saw another comment on a different thread (it may have even been you) that used the phrase "download". I was like "did I download something and just have no memory of it?" I literally scrolled through my downloads to my shop's creation date and there they were. Lol. My memory is terrible. I'm back in and I'm not going to try to update the bank info until I know they fixed the log in/2fa problems. Thank you so much though!
I have received same problem. Not receiving AU codes.
My question is:
Do I use one of those downloaded codes as the AU code?
@SaturdaysChild11: Yes, you can use one of the backup codes if you do not receive the SMS two factor authorization code (and it should work even though the screen asks for a six digit code and the backup codes are nine digits).
