I notice posts going back literally years about variation photos disappearing on listings. I have tried umpteen browsers, tried doing it on the Etsy app yet the photos variations simply vanish next day. I have logged this issue twice with Etsy and got the same response 'we will look into it' then hear nothing ever again. This is critical to items that rely on customers clicking a variation in the drop down menu and they need to see the correct variation to allow them confidance to purchase.
Are we just to roll over and accept that Etsy will do nothing about this for years and years yet still take monies from us ! It is frustrating as hell. I am quite sure if there was a glitch in how they take their fee's etc they would be fixing that in a heartbeat,
Etsy, can you PLEASE sort this issue,, ,
