100% scores on Replies, shipping, AND rating, but no Star Seller

What a bummer! I know I met the sales requirement and I met all other requirements, but I didn’t earn Star Seller for this month.

Nope. I had one message but it was months ago. As of august, I have 100% on everything on my dashboard.

@NasseramicsPottery: Have you checked the applicable CSV file (on the previous period tab for August Star since the Star Seller page now shows September Star numbers) to see which new thread(s) Etsy thinks you did not answer within 24 hours?

Do you have 100% on everything on the current dashboard which is for badges to be awarded in September?  Or, did you have 100% on everything on your dashboard as of July 31st when the dashboard was for the badges to be awarded on August 1st?  
When you say your missed message was "months ago", the August badges are awarded based on data from May, June and July.  May feels like months ago (as a teacher, May was EONS ago!), but would still count.

Exactly - what is showing on the dashboard now is for the badge coming Sept. 1st. 

You have to click on 'Last review period' to see what they say was missed for the August badge

You are might be looking at the current period which won’t be awarded until September 1st
