10% discount and next day shipping??

I haven't sold anything most of this year, but in the last week I have sold two, last week someone ordered a topper from me and was given a 10% discount, I never allowed this, is this automatic now? 

Then someone ordered one yesterday, and paid for Priorty Express? Which I have never offered, and needs the topper right now, I always make mine to order, and state that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to make, unless I have a listing of something that is ready to ship, which this listing was not.

I clicked on 4 listings and you do have Priority Express as an option.
You have Priority as "free". 

I didn't see any item that had 4-6 weeks shipping time. 
ETA: finally found a Gatsby topper that delivery is from Nov 2-8.

The star fish / shell topper states I'll get between Oct 7-10th.
The seashell cross I'll get between Oct 8 and 11th.

You don't have any choice but to cancel/refund that order if you can't get it out right now.

As for the 10% discount, are you sure you don't have a discount set up through the marketing tab on your shop manager page?
Abandoned cart etc.
If not, then sometimes Etsy does send buyer's % off coupons.

It looks like some of the listings may have the wrong processing time/ profile attached or something

I found items that didn't state ready to ship, have delivery times by Oct 10-11.

This is one and it has Oct 7-10.
States in the description 3-4 weeks though.

I found one listing that didn't ship till Nov and it was the Gatsby listing.

Seems the OP has applied the wrong processing time or shipping profile to some of her listings.

Agree! I was just looking through more listings and they are all over the place. I updated my post below with more links. I think OP just has some shipping profiles confused or attached to the wrong listings perhaps.

I just carted one of your items that was not ready to ship and had what looks like 4-6 weeks processing time. I was given the option of free priority shipping or an upgrade to Priority Express for an extra fee. You may want to double check the shipping profile attached to those listings.

Looking at a few more listings it appears that you may have some issues with processing times on your shipping profiles and which listings are attached to which profile maybe? Some of your listings titled ready to ship appear to have a long processing time while others that don't say ready to ship and mention 4-6 weeks in the description appear to have a short processing time.

Example- this one says 'ready to ship' in the title but the processing time shows estimated delivery Nov 2-18

@WitticismsRus The more I looked at the listings the more confused I got.

@ShellCoastalDesigns it seems you have added the wrong processing times and/or shipping profile to your listings and they look to be a mess right now.
Also if you don't want EXPRESS as an option, don't have it.

The letter S listing has ready to ship in the title YET it has delivery from Nov 2-18.

And some of the items that look to have a 4-6 week processing time, stated in the description to allow 3-4 weeks.

Then some items stated if you wanted some "bling"  added it was $20 more but NO way to select to get that added.
