Hello ladies & gents I'm Cristina and I am about to have a giveaway on my website. As we all know that the best way to create hype is to have giveaways and even better when the grand prize is big!
So here's how it will work you will send me an item that you would like to part with Nice time to get visibility for one of your treasures. I will put a cute gift set together with your items. If we get enough people willing to participate I may try to get a grand prize and 1st and 2nd. Send me a short description of the items so that I can list it together send me links that you would want people to go to ie. your etsy shop, blog, facebook, twitter etc. Once I am done getting everything nicely listed we would all need to work together to spread the word of the contest I would release little snip bits throughout the week before I start the giveaway but would list the giveaway on a Wed or Friday which are the days that my website has the most hits. We can all brain storm and get together on ideas for extra entries aside from the norm of getting likes on our pages. I'm think of something like a scavenger hunt in our Etsy shops where we all agree on an object for example a little happy face and we take a photo of one of our items in the shop with the happy face in it and the participants would have to find the happy face in each of our shops for extra entries (that way we get them rummaging thru our shops so you would probably want to place it in the least viewed item. Anyway I'm getting long winded how about I will post a page blog on my site with the details that I have so far and people interested can comment their ideas under it.
I'm looking at starting this giveaway by the 9th of September that gives us plenty of time to brainstorm and get all the items shipped to me so that I can get the ducks in a row on my end.
