What Are Shop Search Words?

I sell custom-made and vintage streetwear clothing. After having my store on Supadupa for a while, I just noticed this field called "Shop Search Words". What is this field and what keywords should I put in?

We've were just talking about that in our FB group. There will be new releases coming our way, and I believe Search abilities are coming and they are preparing our shops for it.

Since it hasn't been launched yet I don't recommend you waste time in adding any information yet until we know for sure.

I just noticed it last night , so I thought I'd come here and see. Nanagcreations said what I was thinking. I'm looking forward to having a search function in my SD shop.

My shop is so small that I don't need an internal search and given the state of my wrists I doubt that I will any time soon.

i've been waiting for this feature to be added since day 1! shop search words will allow your buyers to search for specific items.

for example: a customer can enter "chicago" and all of my chicago items will be displayed.

you have to manually activate the search box on your home page. here's how to do it per an SD admin:

Erica, have you enabled your search. Go to your products tab in the back office and you'll see a yes no toggled at the top of the products list. toggle this to yes and the search box will automatically appear in your boutique where customers can start search immediately.

I have just joined today. Hope you can help me with my sales. Was doing pretty good and then all of a sudden nothing. I have re-arranged my shop with new spring items and I am trying to keep just kitchen items and some plastic canvas, have taken most of the plastic canvas out since I wasn't selling too much. Would to get some pointers as to what I am doing wrong.

Hi Roseann - it's a bit tough to get found when you're first starting out. Do you know where your sales were coming from before things dried up for you?

I'm really bad at doing shop critiques but if you give us your link maybe some people will have ideas.
