Now for Team Leaders. I have written up Team Leader Responsibilities. I will highlight this and keep it here. If after reading this you feel that you have the time to devote as a Team Leader, I'd love to have you aboard.
So the first thing that I want to mention is that as a team captain and team leader, we would want to make sure that everyone is following the rules of the threads. If we find someone that is not following the rules, we could remove their post and or you can contact me and I will take action if it's necessary to do so. I know that does not sound like fun, but it's necessary because some people will not follow the rules of each thread. The main thing that I want to keep an eye on is, when shop owners other than the team captain or team leader starts a new thread, this is not allowed and if we see this we are to shut the thread down immediately.
Now for the Fun stuff.
I would like for you as the team leader to go to the left side of the team column and you will find an invite button. See we want to invite all of our followers, admirers and other shops across etsy as many as we possibly can. The reason for this is for exposure. The more team members that we have means the more exposure that you and I and every team member that participates in the threads receive. So the first thing that I would ask for you to do is invite people, you can do this as often as you'd like. The next thing I'd like for you to do is research other team thread games and when you find one that you think will be popular amongst our shop owners then I would like for you to post a thread on the team explaining the game so that others can play along. Now the point in having games of course is to create fun exposure to all of those that participate in the threads.
So to sum it up:
1. Make sure that no one starts new threads other than the team captain and leaders.
2. Make sure that everyone is following the rules of the games posted.
3. Invite other shop owners, the more the better, I'd like to see over 1000 members. So I will be asking all team leaders to invite, invite, invite until their hearts are content.
4. Research and find fun games that other teams offer that may be just as fun for our team, keeping in mind that we want games that will promote Etsy shop owners in a fun way.
5. Then create game threads....once you find a game that you feel will gain popularity then post it. We don't want to post to many games all at once...the point in creating game threads is to create one thread that will have many people participating in it over and over again.
