Possible fraud: large order, immediate cancellation request

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing what I believe is a new kind of fraud in my Etsy shop. A buyer placed a large custom order worth EUR 2,000 without contacting me first, even though my listings clearly state that my items are made to order and require discussion before purchase.

Immediately after placing the order, the buyer demanded a full refund. I suspect this could be a scam aimed at disrupting my business, blocking my funds, or damaging my reputation through a negative review.

I've already reported this buyer to Etsy Support, but so far Etsy hasn't been very collaborative, and I don't feel protected in this situation. I'm worried that this person might continue targeting my shop in the future, possibly using new accounts.

Has anyone else faced similar situations? How did you handle it?
