Meet Ups

I wanted to start doing meet ups for the team through out the SoCal area. I will try my best to get a variety of meet ups on a variety of topics together for members of the team. I am trying my best to have events at a variety of locations to make it convenient for everyone, since I know we are all spread through out SoCal. I live in Hacienda Heights (20 minutes east of downtown LA) so it is a difficult for me to set up meet ups in further areas such as San Diego, Oxnard, high desert or Imperial county since I am not familiar with the areas. So I ask that any of you interested please help by suggesting a location that would be good to host a meet up. I will make the drive to basically anywhere in SoCal to do the meet up. I look forward to meeting those interested in meeting and sharing information.

I am trying to fill spots for a Backyard Boutique on Aug 24th here in Ventura. It is from 8 - 2 and only $15 for a canopy spot. This is our 3rd one and the traffic is getting better. I like the idea of a meet up in Fullerton. If we are lucky we should be done with Christmas sales. And Fullerton is freway close by. How about Friday Dec. 27?

If anyone is interested in doing a meet-up in downtown LA I live located pretty much right in the heart of it :). I moved from NY in July so I'd love to get to know people - especially fellow Etsy crafters! If anyone is interested, just let me know. I start up law school again mid January but I'm usually free on evenings and weekends!

Did a Fullerton meetup happen? I'm with Kylie...I'd love to join in if something happens in January or February. I live in Carlsbad, but it's only an hour away. A weekend meetup would be great!

Hi all, the Fullerton meet up did not happen but am open to a new date and location. How is somewhere between the 5 & 57 freeway??

I realize that for the Carlsbad member that maybe far. But if anyone wants to meet in March at Fallbrook there is a Vintage Market in Rainbow that is a 2 day event. Some have etsy members there, many sellers have their own blogs. If interested let me know and I will send the email with the info.

That is just past Temecula and a fun day..

I will check back to see who is up for a met up sooner.

Wow lots of interest!! I am looking at the areas common to us. And is anyone is open to a Sinday meet up say somewhere off the 15 frwy??? Might be a drive for us but no way to make it totally fair.

Willow Bloom could reach the 15 ( I am open to going to Arrowhead!) and Madeline could get to the 15. Any others could hop on the 60 or 10 to meet there. Or carpool. Tom's Farm is off the 15.

Those open please chime in with a date and location.

If we want to meet where there is great antique shops too that would be a plus!!
