Spring is soon approaching and it seems to be a good time to "Spring Clean" our shops... to let the freshness of new products and new creativity come in..

In view of the above, we would like to invite our lovely team member shops to please come and list themselves to participate in this shopping by choosing to offer any of the following to the buyers -

1. Free Worldwide Shipping (Create Coupon : STTAPRSHOPFESTSHIPS4FREE)
2. Shop wide Flat 20% Discount (Create Coupon : STTAPRSHOPFEST20OFF)
3. Shop wide Flat 30% Discount (Create Coupon : STTAPRSHOPFEST30OFF)
4. Shop wide Flat 40% Discount (Create Coupon : STTAPRSHOPFEST40OFF)
5. Shop wide Flat 50% Discount (Create Coupon : STTAPRSHOPFEST50OFF)

Festival Dates 11th to 15th April 2014

Here are certain little things you must commit to before you don the cap of becoming a participating shop –
1. Be a member of the Simple Trading Team

2. Including a minimum of “Simple Trading April Showers Shopping Festival” logo on your shop banner, or better still – use the new banner template provided by the team captain during this period.

3. Create a coupon code which co-relates to the kind of offer you are offering.

4. Your shop must not be in a vacation mode during this period and prompt reply to consumer inquiries is appreciated.

5. In view of popularizing this festival, each shop willing to sign up as a participant must send convo’s to 60 team members – the script and the members to be convo’ed will be informed to you by the team captain.

6. Each shop participant needs to make two treasuries - one for all members excluding yourself and one from your category of signup including yourself. Both the treasuries need to be tagged “simpletradingteam”, “april showerbs shopping festival”, and “simple trading team”. The description must contain –


✿ Now let’s hear what the participating shop’s gain –
Exposure – but isn’t that like the most obvious thing! Read on .. When we exposure we mean the real deal –
~ Email blasts to an apt consumer / shop owner audience of over 1500 people will be sent DAILY including direct links to your shops, showcasing the deals and your items.
~ Items from the participating shops will be treasured various times during the fellow participating shops as well as the captain / leaders for constant promotion
~ The participating shops will be featured on that week’s SHOPPING FESTIVAL SPECIAL BNS / BNR boards for extra visibility. This way, any transactions made on the board can be used for securing a spot in the next round
~ Heightened views, hearts and likes will ensure a steady traffic to your shop even during the festival period.
~ Wearing a team logo on your shop banner makes your shop appear to be a part of a larger group and adds more value and responsible feeling.

Here is what you should ideally do now TO INCREASE THE TREASURY “HOTNESS”:

~ Doing at least 16 clicks (1 mouse click on each of the 16 items in the treasury) increases the number of clicks in the treasury stats (top right). The number of clicks, combined with typing a comment and hearting the treasury (adding to your favorites) makes the treasury HOTTER.
~ The hotter the treasury is, the closer it moves to the first page of treasuries, which increases the chance that more people will find your shop.
~ post a coupon code for the shoppers if you would like
~ inform your prospective buyers / trades about your feature on this board - so that they can come and paste the transaction link and avail the benefit of buying from you

Hi everyone in the 20%OFF category.
I just finished my banner and if anyone wants a blank template for this, just convo me. There is a wonderful free app in the app store for iPad users called Phonto (I'm not sure if it's in Android). It allows you to upload any banner template, as long as the image you have is saved in your photos, and then type over them. Wonderful fonts as well.
