Does anyone make large signs? Need stencil help!

I need some advice from any shop owners who make signs larger than 12x24". I get so many requests to make larger sized signs, but with my Cricut Expression, the largest stencil I can cut is 12x24". I've tried piecing some together but then it gets dicey if it needs to cut a letter in half. Is there another die cutting machine that will cut larger stencils? Or if you don't use a die cutter machine, what do you use? Shipping is also a concern for me, because its already pricey to ship a 12x24" sign with flat rate shipping though USPS. Any advice/suggestions would help. Thanks! :)

I use a 24" wide machine. It is made by graphtec. I started my business before craft cutters like the cricut were popular. But I also spent $3,000 on the machine. I haven't used a cricut, but would try piecing it together, unless you are ready to spend more on a larger machine. hope that helps!

Thank you Jessica!! I may purchase something like that in the future, but yes that is a little pricey. LOL! Thank you for the suggestion though! That's good to know that there is actually a machine that makes a larger one!
