Shopseen did not import variations on several listings

I am trying out shopseen to sync Etsy with my Shopify website. It all appeared to work perfectly until I looked at some of the newly created shopify listings. They were missing all the variations, while other listings had the variations but in the reverse order that they were in Etsy. I am so dissappointed! I'm willing to pay the $29 per month to have 2 shops but only if it works properly.

I even tried downloading the etsy shop again and nothing changes.
