I discovered Shopseen at was SO excited since i can find another inventory program that allows for Instagram AND Etsy, but it doesnt seem to work for me. I am trying to add items to Etsy via SHopseen, but it wont do it without a shipping template HOWEVER i can't add a shipping template. I've tried the following:
* Re downloading setting as indicated on the site
* logging out of Shopseen and logging back in
* logging out of both Shopseen and Etsy and logging back in.
* deleting my Etsy account on Shopseen and reattaching it.
* I've emailed Shopseen and only got the same instructions that are listed on the site to resolve the problem.
Is there anything else to try or can you NOT add items to Etsy via shopseen? Is the only way to get items on Shopseen is by downloading them through my Etsy site.
Ideally when i get items in, I'd like to add them to the inventory list and then distribute them to their various sales channels.
I love the pricing and idea of functionality of Shopseen and would love to resolve this.
