i've used shopshaper quite a few times in the past and it's great for bulk editing. however, i just paid for a day pass and none of my listings are showing up in shop shaper. i have a lot (several hundred), but i've given it sufficient time and still nothing. i've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. is there a compatibility issue with the new etsy platform? help?
