So where's my key?

You will shortly receive an email with your key"

So where is it?

The activation keys are generated and sent automatically right after purchase to the email address you made the payment with. It may have landed in your spam folder though.

I am having the same issue. I purchased the 10 day key today and haven't received an email.

Hi Sydney, You have probably a comcast email address :) For some reason, our emails don't get delivered there. I will gather your keys and send them manually now.

Hi Diana, Our keys are automatically generated and sent, but sometimes it happens that the emails land in the spam folder or our customers have an old email address attached to their paypal accounts and forget about it. In that case, they let us know and we send the keys manually.
