I am new to ShopShaper. I have followed the steps shown in the setup video on shopshaper.net, I get as far as entering the verification code to add my shop, but when I click "add shop", I get this message: error . Cancel and try again.
I have a "0" bill on etsy, and there are no fees overdue, as I read that was one proposed solution.
So then I purchased the 1 day code, thinking that would get me in. When I go through the steps and click "add shop" now, it says Error: wrong verification code. Enter and try again. Each time I try again, I clear all browsers and start from scratch. What am I doing wrong?
