in this thread we are going to share our users' issues with ShopShaper. Consider checking out this thread whenever you encounter a problem. Chances are that someone else had it too, and there is an easy way around it.

ISSUE: ALL MY LISTING ICONS APPEAR BLANK. WHAT HO?

Windows 7 and Windows Vista users should make sure that they unzipped their ShopShaper folder somewhere OTHER THAN the Program Files or Programs folder.

Best practice: unzip directly under C: or on your Desktop

ISSUE: THE PROGRAM FREEZES DURING BATCH EDIT.

This problem has been resolved in the new version (1.2) which is available for download on our website

ISSUE: SOME LISTING ICONS DON'T APPEAR AND THOSE LISTINGS ARE NOT EDITABLE.

This issue is 2 weeks old and was caused by a change in file naming on Etsy's side, because we used that name to save the icons locally. That issue is resolved in the new version 1.2
