Cancel and try again error repeatedly

I'm using Windows 7 and entered the verification code and activation key for 24 hour pass purchased this morning and got an error message (Cancel and try again). I've tried multiple times to enter both and am still getting the same error message. I just downloaded the Windows version on your wesbite this morning to check it out.

Hi,

Downloading the newest Java version should solve that issue and we recommend downloading a JDK (which is a bigger file) rather than the JRE (JDK includes JRE). Here is the link:

Usually our customers don’t have to do all this work, but a recent issue that has cropped up a few weeks ago has forced us to find solutions like this. We suspect a recent Java update to be the culprit. Hopefully our new version will not have this issue at all.

I keep getting this error too. Have tried the above steps.. still error... I paid for the key though, and can't use it...

I'm wanting to try this application as Betsi by Blugrin is happily charging me but obviously never intending to work again... but I'm having this issue too and cannot see that it was ever fixed...???
