Welcome to our team! Shop critiques are so important for making just not your shop but all of Etsy better, so this team was created for us to help each other.
To get a shop critique, please do two things:
1) First, reply to three other threads where people have requested shop critiques and tell them some things they're doing well in their shop, and some things they can improve. Do not bring up your shop in these threads or mention that you'll be asking for a critique, just focus on their shop! In looking at these other shops you might see things you love and things you don't love - that's a good start to improving your own shop. Read some other critiques and then add your own. I promise even if you are brand new you are qualified. My favorite way to find shops to critique is to look at all the recent discussions and reply to the thread with the *fewest* replies:

It might help to give us a little background about who you are and what motivates your shop, and be sure to let us know if there are specific things you'd like help on (photos, tags, titles, etc) or if you just need general shop tips.

Final note: we do not allow self-promotion of any kind in this team. If someone posts spam, please CONVO me about it, do not use Etsy's Flag This Post tool because it gets lost in floods of email. This really applies to every team, us captains have mentioned this to Etsy but we take what we can get :)
happy critiquing!
