I'm no expert, but here are some things i noticed.
You definitely need more inventory. I've talked to several people who said they didn't start getting noticed until their inventory hit around one hundred.
Your photography is good, but I don't think it's working for the shop. The dark background is a little distracting from your products, and most of the time people will tell you to stick to light backgrounds and bright images. I love your banner, but wish the wrapper stood out more against the background.
I would also work on some of your titles. Describe exactly what the item is, in a way people are likely to search. For instance, this listing
http://www.etsy.com/listing/110972244/intricately-cut-laser-cupcake-wrappersI would pick a word other than intricate. They are, but I can't imagine that term gets searched often. I would also make one of the pictures in that listing (and any listing where people have options to choose from) a chart of all the available designs. (or at least some of the most popular, if there are too many to list) Most people want to see what their options are without having to convo someone.
I love your products, very creative! And I haven't seen many people selling custom laser cut items here.
