Hi, I am wondering if anyone has any advice for me with international shipping? I have had a bad experience with this so I raised my shipping costs to cover tracking and insurance which is $38, sometimes more if I have to purchase more insurance. I feel like since I have raised my shipping cost I no longer get international buyers. I am just confused as to how I can send a package for less without the worry of it getting lost or damaged and taking a huge loss.

Hi there! Yeah, international shipping is really expensive now and it does unfortunately price some customers out of buying from us here in the US. I don't think much can really be done about it unless you have a really big profit margin on your work and want to absorb the costs of discounting shipping.

Either way, someone is paying for shipping, and it is my opinion that it should always be the customer...but I do feel your pain. My international orders have slowed down quite a bit too :/
