I had great fun yesterday evening meeting Seattle Rain Team members at Chocolati in the Greenwood neighborhood. I truly needed that fun evening out sitting around a table talking about our passions!
My blog, It has been around for a few years. It is a teaching blog but the last couple of years it has also served to promote the tiny paper building kits I am now selling on Etsy. A great way to build excitement about my new releases is by showing them under development and suggesting ways to use them.
http://www.karincorbin.blogspot.com/I also have a facebook page. Sometimes I have things to say about life in general but mostly it is for promoting what I am making or selling. Fair warning I tend to delete the everyday stuff after a short time to make it easy for people to see my art work.
This is not a Facebook public page so you would have to befriend me to see the contents on it.
https://www.facebook.com/karin.corbinMy Pinterest page. Not all that exciting. I do enjoy pinterest. Perhaps to much so because it can be a "down the rabbit hole" experience. Once you jump in then hours will have gone by before you know it.
http://www.pinterest.com/corbincabin/karin-corbin-miniatures/A news group forum I participate in regularly. Participation in forums and teams is a great way to build a solid client base for your Etsy store. The other members have a chance to know you and they often become your best repeat customers. This forum group is for people who love dollhouse miniatures.
