1 hour ago, as they say, a minor child bought slime from me. She filled in her address and payed with a credit card 25.55 euro's. So I started preparing the order, label and everything. Then I got an message on etsy " I want to cancel my order". So I explained that we do not accept cancellations, what the problem is. How we can work this out. Then I get a message back that she's a minor, what is there to work out if you are refusing to cancel it". So I replied that I couldn't know that and if you want to cancel that I would like to know the reason which they didn't told me. Now I want to ask you, what is the policy about this? I will cancel, I don't force anyone to buy my slimes. Now I am a bit frustrated that this will happen again and again. Need advice please.
