I have more than 100 visitors a day but no sales. Does anyone had such problems? May be bad photos, description or high price? Please, share your experience
Hi Tonya and all! Following your counsels I added photos and translations of the items description: what do you think know pf my shop? I hope it’s better, I’m working hard... I wish you good sales ❤️
Agata I watched your shop...I love one butterfly in particular. Your items are sophisticated and the prices are not so high compared to the competitors. I’m new of Etsy like you and I can’t give you many counsels but I think you are making a good job 👏🏻
Hi Elena. I think it's looking better! You've definitely been working hard! I like the new pics very much! Seeing how it looks on is especially awesome. but now I would add some super closeups. When people go to buy jewelry in a store they look at it up close, turning it to look at all sides and details so your pics need to do that for them. You're probably already working on this though, huh? Sorry😛 you're doing awesome!!!
Debbie, Hi. Such a unique idea! My advice is take those descriptive bullet points and just make them the head description for each product. You need to put that positive explanation first to draw buyers in. Just turn them into the first paragraph we read. Does that make sense? It'll be an easy adjustment since you've already written what each product does and who it's meant for 😄let me know if I'm not being very clear... otherwise, think it looks really, really great !
Agata - this is my favorite just from strolling quickly through your latest additions. https://www.etsy.com/listing/595777425 Can you do more 3D ones like this? Personally, I love them much better than the 2D since they look more expensive and like you need more expertise to make. (But, as always, plenty of other people might disagree). Another thing to add is description. Give it a name, tell us why it's special and what we'll love about it, etc.
Shilpy, beautiful pictures, banner, and great descriptions (in my opinion). Advice to you is definitely change you initial shop announcement. Welcome to my shop is great, but never ask potential buyers tips to make your shop better. You are the expert and you have to exude confidence to us, so we feel comfortable in your hands. I would also change your bio (or whatever it's called) cooking may be your passion, but Not as a jewelry shop owner. In your shop, customers only want to know about your love for making jewellery, etc. You also don't have much inventory so as you add more products, you will get more sales! Good luck!
Nadia- 3 sales with only 6 products is pretty amazing so I think you should be giving me tips (please do!!) The thing I do suggest though is definitely change that first looong description paragraph..4th grade reading level and attention span is what people have for these, so it is too overwhelming. The information is good, it just needs to be broken up in a more buyer friendly way. I suggest starting with your last sentences about why your product is great and who to buy for. You also can include what it's made of if your first paragraph is short. Also, personally, I wouldn't add the last paragraph at all in descriptions. Who you are and why you do this should go into your bio only
Hi, Tonya I wanted to let you know I took your challenge and did my first tutu and it came out great and really enjoyed doing it. Thank you for the challenge I am sure I will continue to grow and learn along the way. May we all have sucess in this new journey and keep helping eachother out.
No of course not I love challenges and learning along the way I will send you a message with the image I really dont want to start selling those yet until I get my onesie designs out there but I will definitely start taking individual orders as they come and also offer them to my customer. I really enjoyed making it. It was simple but cute I can only imagine when I start using different color combinations. Thank you never imagine I could make a tutu!
Nadia!! I'm a dummy! I was using my phone and the descriptions look longer. Totally ignore my advice on that one!!!! I'm so sorry. (Serious ditz moment of the day)!!
Hello to all. Today I have opened a facebook page, hoping to increase the views in the store. Can you help me by following my page? thanks in advance 🙂
Hi, I missed your older post. I just checked your shop. Your products are really nice! Pictures are good. I noticed that your descriptions are very short. You might need to work on that. May be viewer wants to know more about your products. Add more items might help. Good luck.
Hi, Banasree. Thanks for responding, and the compliment on my products. I really, appreciate the honest input. I’ll work on my descriptions. Thanks again!
Hi Agata, do u have Pinterest? I read that Pinterest is good for Etsy bcsos mostly girls browse on Pinterest. I opened one account but do not know how to connect Etsy and Pinterest. Someone says she has both but she likes FB better than Pinterest. Try both.
