You're on the right track :D

Be careful not to fill up those tags with too
many of the same keywords though, as Etsy's Relevancy
typically drops people down the rankings as they repeat certain keywords more.

If you have the same keyword repeated 3+ times in the same listing.

Having 3 different shirts with the "shirt" tag for example would NOT hurt your rankings because they are all different items.

Does that makes sense / Does it help?

Hi Mike, I have been on Etsy for a couple of months now but have only three sales and on average I get betwee 6 to 20 shop views. Don't know why that is. Could you take a look at my shop and see if I'm missing something?

Would great appreciate it!

1) Really cool shop
2) Traffic not resulting in sales means that either

a. Your audience didn't arrive at something they expected or
b. Your product is something that people like to look at, but wouldn't really buy
or...really anything. I wish I could tell you, but honestly there are a ton of factors that could be causing it. My suggestion would be to find another artist who is successful on Etsy, and see if you can get them to help you out.

but other than that, I'd suggest finding ways to get your name out there.
