My celebration: Since opening on January 11 with this shop, I have averaged 150 views per day, got my listings to 45, and had 6 sales!!!

A local childrens resale/boutique shop adverstised on their FB page that they were looking for 2 new vendors- so I sent her my information and link to my shop.

She loved my product, and now I will be putting my product in Applesassy's Upscale Resale (Pasadena, TX) next week. YAY.

Last month was very slow for me, and this month started off slow, but I am now at the best month ever! :) Had my largest single sale ever the other day and have sold 6 cloaks in the last few days. Im going to be busy, thank heavens!!

We had our largest ever audience on our blog last night in the run up to craftfest and are now up to 101 listings on etsy. Will it help - we can but hope!

i am prematurely celebrating my 120th sale! right now I'm holding strong at 119, but I have a feeling before tomorrow #120 will happen!

I may explore opening another shop this winter sometime. We'll see how the holidays go with this shop. I might try a shop with sewing, which is scary because sometimes sewing is sooo frustrating! :)

@Jessica, LMAO! I know I know, just 3 shops + 1 collective shop (which we haven't really put any time into). None of my shops have really "taken off" yet, so I think that's why I am trying my luck, lol. This new custom muslin bag gig I am doing is looking pretty lucrative though. = D

I have so many business ideas and even though I love them all, I still like trying others.

I talked to my bosses at my day job today and I asked to be dropped down from 38 hours to 32 hours... It doesn't seem like much, but I'll now be working 3 regular days (10 to 6 ish) and 2 days from 6am to 12, which means I'll have practically 4 whole days to work on my store!

I feel amazing :D I've been slowly hinting at dropping a few hours, but it's been busy and they've been skeptical and hard-fisted, but now I've insisted and I plan on proving to them that it will b worth their while!

Yayayayay! I'm so excited to use this time to create some much needed new products and to actually catch up on sales (this month has been so insane, I need to remind myself to breath on some days!)

This team gave me SO much inspiration last night while I was scanning the discussions, so I'm sure I owe a lot of my courage and confidence to you. So thank you all!!!

Oh! AND! (how could I forget?!)

After sending emails to about 5 gift and local art shops, I received an email today saying that they'd love to have my product!!

I'm on cloud nine and three quarters right now! :D
