can someone help me/ cant reply to anything

hello, first of all i am sorry for posting this here. but i cant find any information anywhere else online&etsy included.

I cant reply to anything in other teams, forums and i cant start discussions anywhere. I joined the community last week and i somehow got in here and one more team, i cant join anywhere else since then. does anyone know why that might be?

reply box is there but my cursor changes to a 'blocked' sign and its grey instead of black. 

any help is appreciated

This just might mean that other communities have a limit or they need to accept your request to join first. If not I was having issues with this when I started joining I think this is a technical issue and you should report it to Etsy. If it returns you to the previous page you were on instead of following through then it might be technical.
