I had initial 3 days few sales, and then suddenly sales stopped, I can't understand why. does etsy promote initial sellers much higher, I am not sure how sales or traffic increases.
If your using promotions for sales, you do have to keep it on for a while before you start gaining more. You'll notice more overall traffic but it doesn't always guarantee more sales. I also think that if you're starting out ( as I have been ) you'll gain more sales with more reviews and sales over time.
