On my front Etsy page I am 5.0 rating but only have one star, how do I get five stars after the 5.0 like it use to be?
I believe Etsy is doing a test. Mine had one star today and said (5.0) behind it for my star rating. Now it is back to the old way with 5 stars. I heard something about this last week in another thread that they are trying new options for the ratings.
I’m seeing all five stars!
I just checked out your Etsy shop and see 5.0 with one star.
You have a beautiful shop and awesome sales.
Do you buy Etsy ads, Google ads, etc.?
Thank you! I use promoted listings in Etsy with a max amount of $2 everyday. That has helped me out so much in growing my shop.
Social media is great and all, but it doesn't help me much on Etsy. I found that promoting directly in Etsy is the best (from my experience; every shop is different), if your goal is to make sales through Etsy. If you want to promote a website and such, social media is a huge help.

I just looked at your shop and your work is beautiful. 5.0 up top with one star. But 5 stars on ratings below. Your work speaks for itself...

Thanks for the reply,
I'm just afraid buyers will think something is not right with our shops.
Since we all have 5 stars, do you think it's going to show just one star, but have it "filled" in all the way to say we have a complete 5 stars. For example, if someone had 2 stars, would only half of the star be filled in?
Just a thought, because I can't find anyone who has literally five stars showing.
That's also just for the computer version, because on the app it shows literally five stars still.
