Hi, I integrated and I got my first order. I set it to automatically send my orders to printful. In my etsy account, it says it'll ship by January 10th but its not showing up in my printful account orders yet? How does this work now?

If there is anyone that uses printful and then shares their listings to Facebook, can you tell me how you overcome the issue of the picture? Whenever I share a listing to Facebook the picture is cutoff on top and bottom and doesn't represent the product well. How would you fix this since you don't have the image as a file?
