Completely lost on pricing?

Asking for critiques-
Post stating you want your shop to be critiqued. Specify if you are open to a general critique or you just want a price critique. Remember only YOU can truly price your items we can give our opinions on it.

I thought I did have international on there...maybe I didn't put it because one thing could ship to Canada at one price and an entirely different price for Norway.

Your pieces are very lovely ..IMO the prices are good neither too high or low for the apparant quality of your work while keeping saleability in mind. ie you could go higher but might lose sales.
The "only" one that seems high is your chunky agate.
also if you could highlight it on a contrasting colour it would perk it up and show of off better for that price.

all in all it looks wonderful to my eye and extremely tasteful (in my taste/style range:>)

MHO is that your prices could go up . esp your earrings.
also when I shop for jewelry/earrings I always want to know what the metal is. silvertone/plate/filled/sterling etc.
That is part of the price too- obviously sterling is going to be more than silver plate or filled.
You have some very nice pieces that I would expect to pay more for. 12-13 for earrings. I think your keychains are wonderful and make a great different gift . I think they could go to 12.00 also.

BTW I used to live in Whitby moons ago..and Port Perry, Ptbo and Port Hope area.

I only feel comfortable commenting on shops and items I would shop in myself. If your shop is not some where I would normally go I do not feel right commenting on it.

intoEwe - thanks very much for your input and suggestions - I went in and added the material to the earrings as you suggested - I overlooked that completely. I also raised my earring prices to $8 - It's a tough balance between being too expensive and looking cheap - I do want to keep my prices reasonable as this is really part of my main philosophy. I so appreciate your critique! I look forward to seeing your shop when you re-open!

Seems we were almost neighbors once upon a time - I actually live in Brooklin - which no one really knows where it is - but if you've lived in Port Perry, you know where it is for sure!

I would love to get some advice on not only my pricing, but on my shop in general. Also, can I start pricing lower and raise the price if it starts to sell? Everyone keeps telling me to price it high, you can always lower your price, but I'm afraid if I start to high, people won't even stop and look.
