Happy April everyone!!!

Starting a new thread for the month!!

Just a reminder...this is the thread where we should post chit chat, new items, treasuries, and really anythign and everything! That way it is easier to just click on the one thread to get all our team info, as opposed to 3 or 4!

I'm totally excited for this month - lots going on! I'm finally off work so I can (hopefully) get a bunch of stuff completed before baby arrives...it's my b-day in a couple days, Easter, and who knows - the little one COULD be here this month!!

Started the morning off with a fun Easter themed treasury...featuring 8 or 9 teamies!

How do you know if a treasury is almost on the front page?

I just went through the pages and saw the one I was featured in was on page 2. I don't really know of any other way of telling. Kind of lame - huh?

I don't think there's a way to tell which pages your treasuries are on...you just have to come across it!!

Thanks Jaimie for posting you quiet book pics!! I just started cutting out some of the pages tonight! VERY excited...so far it's been like scrapbooking with fabric! :)

Morning guys!! I've noticed that lately our convos have been going fairly slow! So I'm going to try to update more - even if it's me talking to myself!! LOL..

Off to a non-stress test this morning...then hopefully home to do a bit of sewing!

Also - very important! Can you all take a peek at the discussion thread posted this morning by Popsandlolli and a possible mass marketing idea for our team?

I'm really eager to see what you all have to say about that idea and if you're interested in participating. I think something like this would be great to kick our team to the next level, now that we've established a good number of members...and all members who rock!! I think that it could be very very successful for us!!

SO be sure to pop into that thread and put in your thoughts!!

Jen! I love your magnetic framed pieces!! They are super popular right now...I bought one a couple months ago for WAY TOO MUCH money but it looks really great in my daughter's room!! In the other thread about the possible team give away you had mentioned that you weren't sure what you could add but I think people would be really excited about those frames!! Anyways, just a thought...I included one of them in a treasury!

I'm supposed to be either, cleaning up my house, writing out my food log for my diabetes clinic tomorrow, OR making up my list for material I need to buy for my busy books...SO instead, I made this treasury!!

The only time I don't like to see something in use is when it's like earrings or something and the seller is wearing them. I don't know...it just grosses me out! lol!

I think the necklace looks great. I do love the idea of a pair of shoes peeking out as well...

On a technical note, what do you use as a backdrop? I really struggle with taking good photos, and have noticed the beautiful and simple white background (that looks like the absence of a background) that you use. Chloe and Olive - you als have th same effect. Can you offer any suggestions?

Anne - those gumdrop pillows are fabulous!!! I am just picturing myself on the couch right now with my swollen pregnant feet resting up on them!!! Love the awesome spring colours too!

Agreed - how do you guys get such clear white backgrounds? Do you have a light box?

The only thing I use is a large piece of white felt that I prop up behind my items.
I am not a very good photographer, but Noelle (hortenseandeloise) gave me some excellent tips about using a photo imaging program (I use Picnic).
