Hi! I decided I want to invest in a button maker and found some great all in one kits at buttonmakers.net But I'm having trouble deciding what size I want to get. I'm going to use it for short quotes.

1" seems to be most popular on Etsy but a little more space would be good. Do you think if I used 1-1/4" or 1-3/4" it would deter people from being them? What size do you sell in your shop?

Thanks for any help!

Re: Button sizes?

P.S. my button maker is from badge-a-minit I found that when I gave them out to friends, that the buttons would fall apart. I pulled the ones I pressed myself from my shop, and ordered ones online instead. I am very happy with how they look, and I can tell that they are a lot more sturdy. The apple one I still need to photograph better, but you can tell in the chat button's photos, especially, that is has a glossier look to it.

Re: Button sizes?

I like 1.25" & 1.5" inch buttons. For me, 1" is too small & anything bigger than 1.5" is just too big, so I don't usually buy them.

1.25" is what I sell, I find it's a nice size for art. Not too big, not too small.
