new Pattern user with "not secure" website address

Greetings!  

I was not sure if I needed to open a new discussion, or add my problem to an older thread....

Early this morning, I subscribed to Pattern and paid my pro-rated fee for the month.  I purchased missmagpiesshoppe.com through Etsy.....$13.00 and $3.00 for the domain privacy (Whois).  

My website address has "not secure" in front of it.  I contacted Etsy support and have received an automated reply today through an email, at the bottom of this email I was invited to reply back to Etsy if this automated reply did not answer my needs.  As it did not, I have now sent back a reply, asking again for help with the "not secure" problem.  

Is there anything else I need to do?  My website address:  missmagpiesshoppe.com

I had the same issue when I first opened mine... Just message the help group for Pattern and they will fix it. They got mine done in about an hour from when I sent the message.

Yes, as far as I know, only Etsy can fix this for you, so you've done the right thing.  Hopefully, they will get back to you soon, like they did with @beachartz .

I had the same issue when I first opened mine... Just message the help group for Pattern and they will fix it. They got mine done in about an hour from when I sent the message.

Yes, as far as I know, only Etsy can fix this for you, so you've done the right thing.  Hopefully, they will get back to you soon, like they did with @beachartz .

hey. ive just come across this post. what is the email for who i need to send a request to? also can they fix the issue im having with my thumbnail link on facebook? Ive even deleted the photo that keeps coming up in hopes that it would pick a new photo but the old one is still there.... its just a stupid photo of my craft room set up so isnt a good picture at all!

Hop.....There is no email address, you need to contact Etsy through Etsy support.  This is how I did it:

Go to Help Center at the bottom of a page, I think this is available on any page.  Then go into Manage Your Shop, then go into Pattern.  Then go into Web Domain Options, and then go into Contact Support.
