Problem with editing site

I'm trying to change the fonts on my site to one of the pairings that they suggest, but it's not working. Nothing happens to the font and the whole website editor gets locked up and I can't get out without closing the tab.

Has anyone else come across this problem? I've posted in bugs, but the tech people have completely ignored it even though I've bumped it a few times.

First, admin is very rarely in Bugs anymore, so you should expect no help from them there.  You would need to contact support directly.

Having said that, I just looked at my fonts and had no issues.  Have you tried the usual stuff?  A different browser?  Clearing your cache?

Unfortunately, off the top of my head, I don't know that I have much more to suggest.  Maybe try a different theme, see if you can change fonts then?  And change your theme back??  

I'll keep thinking.

I am afraid I cannot help you.  I just checked and I do not seem to be having a problem.  

As @funkydreamsmosaics suggested, you may want to contact etsy directly.  If you get an answer, can you please come back to let us know what they say so that others that might have the same problem will know what to do?

Thanks for the replies. I've tried everything, even a different computer. I'll contact support and let you know what happens.

They did get back to me on the same day and said that they were able to replicate the problem and they would get their technical team to investigate (that was 10 days ago). It still isn't fixed, so I have sent them another message to chase them up. Not very happy, considering this is something we're paying extra for 😞

Thank you so much for letting me know!! I thought it was just me, but glad to know it isn't. That's so ridiculous though. I'm just doing a free 30 day trial right now but definitely won't be continuing. I was also unable to connect to my Mailchimp (my main reason for wanting a pattern site) which is another "glitch" that they are working on according to other convos. Oh well I guess! I hope they fix it all soon.

Well, two months later from when I first reported the problem in Bugs and it still isn't fixed. They did refund two of my subscription payments, but it doesn't look as if they are doing anything else.

Also, I noticed yesterday that the stats don't show all of my orders for Pattern. Has anyone else noticed a problem with their stats too?

They've separated the stats so that you can no longer see them combined, which is really annoying.  Who asked for THAT??

So do you mean that you aren't seeing all of your Pattern stats when you are filtered for Pattern?  I hadn't noticed that, but I will keep a closer look. There have been issues with Stats in general for the past week or so, so that could be the issue, too.

@funkydreamsmosaics, are you sure you are having an issue with the pattern stats not showing up.  I just checked mine and they seem to be okay.

But I do feel that there is definitely something going awry in stats also for the last week.  I mean, why are they ALWAYS hours and hours behind real time.  I understand they were suppose to be a few hours off so that they can filter out the garbage...but this is not the same.  Personally, I always thought that was a flimsy excuse anyway.   Hey Etsy!  Everything is computerized and digital; I really cannot fathom a reason for a delay to weed out the junk.

No, I am not noticing an issue with the Pattern stats not showing up.  But I don't know that I've been playing that close of attention, especially since they split the stats.

I don't like that they've made it so you can only see Etsy *or* Pattern stats, when you used to be able to see Etsy or Pattern, or Etsy *and* Pattern combined.  I liked not having to add my totals together.  🙂  And I don't understand how that is an improvement in any way.

But there have been several threads in the main forums about stats having issues in general, especially being more behind than usual.  And yeah, I'm not buying the delay explanation, either.  LOL
