Are all your items listed on both your Etsy and Pattern site? I only ask because you are able to get the photo gallery setting to work on your listing pages. What theme are you using? With Trellis, I can only get the pictures to show on my "exclusively Pattern" listings by using stacked images. I just checked and that still seems to be the case - the issue isn't fixed.
@Thumbwick, if you are having difficulty with your pictures on pattern, I suggest that you contact etsy via chat or otherwise. When you do so, be sure that your first sentence is "please put me in touch with someone that is knowledgeable with pattern" or something to that effect. It will eliminate a whole lot of frustration.
