Pattern defaults times "Estimated delivery times North America 3-5 days"

Hello all, So I just opened a Pattern website AND bought a domain name. But Pattern defaults to the "Estimated delivery times North America : 3 - 5 business days" which is something I want to change due to the fact I also ship to rural areas in Canada. At times it can take longer than the 5 business days as it states (which is ridiculous) and I have had a buyer flip out because it arrived on the 6th day. I have contacted Etsy via live-chat and they keep saying to wait for an email response from their IT department. Did I just waste my money starting a Pattern website??? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Your processing/shipping times are located in the Shipping section on your Etsy Sellers Dashboard. Whatever you set your shipping time settings to on your Etsy shop will be the same on your Pattern shop. I hope this makes sense.

Thank you but that doesn't work which is why I am reaching out. "Tech Team" has been notified SEVERAL times in the last 2 weeks and all I get from chat is to be patient and wait for an email reply.

I am not seeing the 3-5 days?  Both Etsy and your website suggest delivery to me would be Jun 29-Jul 8.  The 29 would be 3, but the 8 is long past 5.

I'm seeing similar. I am in California, Etsy estimates if I place an order today it would arrive between June 30th and July 10th, which is 5-16 days.
