I've had a couple of customers tell me they can't put in their credit card or even get to the cart to checkout.
I have spoken to Etsy about it. I was told that nothing is wrong with the site and they tell me: "You can recommend to your buyers that they can try another payment method, that they can use another device or browser, that they can clear cookies and cache regarding Etsy, this usually works with these types of problems." I've tried their suggestions myself and they don't work.
It kind if defeats the purpose of paying for the Pattern website if I have to direct my customers to Etsy to make their purchases.
Anyone have this issue & solved it?
I went to your website using both Edge and Chrome and I can't get to my cart to check out either.
At this point, besides trying with Etsy again (they definitely gave you a boilerplate response), my suggestion would be to change your theme. My GUESS is that the issue might lie there. You can always change it, test it, and if it doesn't work, change it back.
Thank you for the suggestion. I tried a dummy order and refreshed the page, and it brought me to the cart. Hopefully that's all it will take.
