Hi there, I have not had the Fee for my Pattern Site taken this month, which always happens at 12:01 on the First of the month. I have not seen the Fee yet taken as of today (7/18/2024). Trying to resolve this before it becomes an issue with Etsy, as far as nonpayment, though there seems to be no way to Proactively pay the bill. Thanks in advance for any insight.
They have not billed me yet either.

My problem is I've been going back and forth with Etsy Pattern and Hover since I opened Oct. 31st. Etsy billed me twice, $15 two days in a row to open my shop and it won't even connect to the internet. Been asking for a refund since I closed Pattern shop and no answers.
My shop is not connecting to the web either. Etsy is doing nothing about it, and they uave quit answering my chats. I've had this shop since 2019 so I'm quite irritated at this point.
