I tried saving a custom email address with a forwarding email address as well (in the "Marketing" section of my Pattern Dashboard), but when I click "done/save" nothing happens....there are little wheels spinning as if it's saving, but then nothing gets saved. I've tried this multiple times but always the same result. Just FYI, I bought my domain through Pattern....so it SHOULD work. Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to resolve it?
I know I pointed you to this group. I was hoping someone would have an answer for you. I guess most people don't use that function?

I don't know what I'm talking about, but just thought to ask if you have tried a different browser? Sometimes it's an issue of incompatibility with the browser you are using. Also, I'm assuming you read through this page: How to Manage Marketing Settings in Pattern – Etsy Help. I bought my domain through GoDaddy and found that didn't include email, so I transferred the whole thing to 2MHost, where I have another website hosted. They helped me with pointing my domain at my Pattern site, but I still haven't managed to get the email function to work - hence, why I don't know what I'm talking about... I wish you luck!
I used 3 different browsers. delete all cookies and cache etc. then trying again.

Same issue, can't create the email...wheels just spin and nothing happens.
Exact same issue for me. I contacted them and they said to try different browser I did all they asked and then they said it is a know issue and that they were looking into it, which seeing it has been happening for a year now I don't think they're doing much about it. Very disappointed paying and having only half the features. I do wonder if having by web mady anywhere else would have been better as pattern works so badly and has so many issues/bugs.
