Hello team, In the last few years I've really gotten into listening to podcasts while I'm working on anything that doesn't take total concentration. Here are a couple of my favorites that I think you might enjoy. The first one is by three former Obama Administration staffers. "Pod Save America A no-bullshit conversation about politics. This is a political podcast for people not yet ready to give up or go insane hosted by Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, Dan Pfeiffer and Tommy Vietor." The second one is for any Star Trek fans in the group. It probably makes me LOL at least a few times every time I listen. "The Greatest Generation: A Star Trek podcast by two guys who are a bit embarrassed to have a Star Trek podcast. We're reviewing Star Trek: The Next Generation from start to end! New episodes on Mondays and Wednesdays." I'd love to hear about any podcasts you enjoy! I'm always looking to expand my options! Hello Team, I've been wondering if we should change the focus of our team. It doesn't seem as though my idea of raising money for different progressive causes every month will work. I know many of you are already contributing part of your Etsy shop earnings, and probably volunteering and being politically active in other ways, too. So maybe there's no room in peoples' lives for another place asking for contributions. So, I have two thoughts. One is that we start an Instagram group where we can feature our progressive themed Etsy merchandise. Maybe call it Progressives on Etsy? That way we can use our talents and creativity to support and spread our progressive message. My other thought/hope is to have more team engagement. I'm going to start doing weekly posts that will hopefully be of interest to the team and generate some discussion. Best regards, Susan
