VIZArt...I absolutely love your poppies print. I find it really interesting where you say: "I always think i am better when filtered through a printmaking process of some sort. the occasional drawing being the only exception."
I totally understand that. Whether it be printmaking, collage, or digital (or a mix of all three) I just really enjoy the process itself, & the opportunity for refinement. I know that's not everyone's cup of tea (& I really admire the more spontaneous artists out there), but it suits me well. Sometimes it's nice though, to enjoy the immediacy & simplicity of pencil on paper.
Back to the topic at hand...I don't have a blog dedicated solely to printmaking, but I am really excited to be working on a new blog dedicated to my artwork that I'm hoping to launch in a few weeks' time, so I shall be back with a link!
