Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this.
I have read in the past that even if you cancel a sale with the automatic download facility, customers can still download files under 'purchases and reviews' in their profile.
Anyone know if this is true or not? I have a customer that wants a refund, and even though my shop policies state that we do not do refunds on digital items, I do want to check it out for her.....
