I'm 24 years old and I'm currently a college student majoring in Computer Science with emphasis on software engineering. I just opened my shop selling baby clothing and accessories in September. I spend most of my time studying, on my computer and sewing (as you can see, I'm not a very eventful person lol).

I have been crafting pretty much my whole life, but baby clothing is a new hobby for me. My mother also creates some of the items in my shop. I am working on getting her to sit down and write a bio for the shop.

I have been sewing since I was 8 years old, however; with school and life events I took a break for a few years. Recently I wanted to start sewing again, but I had no desire to make anything for myself so I figured baby clothing is perfect! I can be as creative as I want, they're small projects and what's cuter than baby clothing? Right?

I am new to Etsy Shops and this group. I am a middle school math teacher and a mommy to an 8 Month old baby girl. During my pregnancy, I developed preeclampsia, which, after being on bed rest for several weeks, led me to have my baby 7 weeks early. This leads me to the reason I decided to start selling on Etsy. I went 45 days without pay while I was out on bed rest, and at home on maternity leave with my baby. I enjoy making things for my little girl, so I thought it would be something that I could make a little extra money doing. I have enjoyed every minute of it so far. I look forward to getting to know all of you and learning how to make my shop more successful. :)

Be the first to own one of my Brand new ventures. Never before have i used my designs on fabric. The results are just stunning. This is an exciting step into an unknown world for me. I never thought id be gladly designing women's dresses for a living, but here we are.

Hello, I am 26 years old, I have a bachelor's in computer science with a minor in criminal justice, I moved to Texas 3 years ago. I never really had the patience for sewing, but my mom has been doing it for a long time. When I found out I was pregnant with a girl I decided to try my hand at sewing and making hair bows, and what do you know.. I was pretty good. So my mom and I started showing off our creations and everyone kept saying we should create an etsy store and are our stuff with others.
