I'm 24 years old and I'm currently a college student majoring in Computer Science with emphasis on software engineering. I just opened my shop selling baby clothing and accessories in September. I spend most of my time studying, on my computer and sewing (as you can see, I'm not a very eventful person lol).

I have been crafting pretty much my whole life, but baby clothing is a new hobby for me. My mother also creates some of the items in my shop. I am working on getting her to sit down and write a bio for the shop.

I have been sewing since I was 8 years old, however; with school and life events I took a break for a few years. Recently I wanted to start sewing again, but I had no desire to make anything for myself so I figured baby clothing is perfect! I can be as creative as I want, they're small projects and what's cuter than baby clothing? Right?

So tell me about yourself! :)

Hi-
I am fairly new to Etsy and trying to get a better understanding of this process. One of my Pilates students suggested I set up a shop to sell my hand knitted baby clothing. I'm not adept at computers so it's been a challenge. I'd really appreciate any guidance or support.

I've been hand knitting children's goods for almost 40 years. It's something I love doing, and since moving (retiring) to Maine, I've discovered I have more time on my hands to dedicate toward knitting.

Hello everybody!

My name is Lorna, I have recently started a little home business called Dandy Little Devils. We're based in Northampton, England, and we create handmade Accessories (Neckties and Bow Ties) for baby boys.

I'm a new Mum to twin boys Rufus and Milo (9 months... that's still new right?? It feels it!) and the idea of the business stemmed from not being able to find cute ties and accessories for our boys without forking out for a whole 3 piece suit or looking to the US (or mass produced in china!).

I started by making ties for the boys... then for friends babies... then for craft fairs. It all went well, and so, Dandy Little Devils was born!!

This is my first time selling online so I'm expecting to make some howling mistakes... but I've got my man Dan to help me with the online bits... and my little men to keep me inspired! so I'm hoping to building a successful business and ideally be a stay (and work) at home Mum!!

Good Morning All!

I am a new member to the team and a brand new shop owner (Opened 10/29). I make handmade headbands and accessories for babies and little girls and I am starting to work on some accessories for little boys as well!

I am a full time Administrative Assistant in a hospital, getting married in 4 months!!! -- so I work on my shop in my (not so abundant) free time :) I am slowly starting to build my shop and I take great pride in what I have already created!

Honestly, I do not have much experience in crafting - my passion for this began when I was making headbands for my flower girls! I quickly learned that I had a little crafting skill in me -- all I wanted to do from there was make more headbands - do I did! and Sweetie Pi Boutique was born! :)

I have already had one sale! - which I believe was PURE LUCK haha - but it was a sale nonetheless! I'm so excited to see what this experience has in store for me!

Hi. My 16 year old daughter and I craft together. I have 2 girls 16 and 23. We just recently entered the crafts to sell stage to try to get some "bonding" time in and give her some spending money.

We make a variety of things... hairbows but not your aveage bows, ours are flowers not the boutique bows that are out now. We like those but wanted something different. We also make dog bows, bowties for boys and she also knits infinity scarves.

I'm an accountant by day and a fashion designer by night. I attended FIDM for a little in LA but then returned home to NH. I naturally began designing and sewing clothing and accessories for my baby girl about two years ago. I found that I didn't like much of what the department stores offered for children's clothing and wanted my little one to dress more like me!
