Why? Developing a business plan is very significant when starting a small business... especially in 'economically uncertain' times such as today. Well, I started without a practical, organized business plan (okay, I'll admit it... I had no business plan at all). I learned this lesson the hard way and now YOU get to reap the benefits.

I will be transitioning to a new Etsy shop shortly (HeatherRaeFashions). But first I am going to liquidate as much of my existing shop as possible. Even if it means no profit. My FB and Twitter accounts will NOT change names.
